Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Once a spot is reserved, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 2. No Credits or Rollovers Missed sessions cannot be credited, rolled over, or applied to future months. 3. Attendance Athletes are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions. Make-up sessions are not offered due to class structure and limited space. 4. Payment Required to Hold a Spot Your athlete is not officially registered until payment is made. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come basis. 5. Schedule Changes Iowa Athletix reserves the right to adjust times, combine groups, or modify scheduling if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance. 6. Athlete Behavior All athletes are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. 7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Iowa Athletix is not responsible for athletes outside of scheduled session times. 8. Safety & Participation Athletes must be healthy enough to participate in physical activity. Any injuries or limitations should be disclosed prior to participation. 9. Media Release (Optional Add-In) By enrolling, parents consent to Iowa Athletix using photos or videos of sessions for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided.
