ABOUT THE OWNERS

What We Do Best - Is Helping People

Iowa athletix was founded in 2022 by austin ha, with the mission to be a place where anyone can perform better in athletics, get fit, and feel healthy in the comfort of their home, outdoors, or in our facility. Our "Members & Athletes First" approach sets us apart from any other gym in the Cedar Rapids Area. We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness to embody this approach and redefine what a Gym can be.

Since showing up can be the hardest part, we strive to make sure that everything else is taken care of by us.  You will know what it feels like to have a team that has your back, ready to help you achieve your athletic, health, & fitness goals.

In 2019 Austin started off at the SW Cedar Rapids Anytime Fitness. Austin was born & raised in Cedar Rapids. Graduated from Luther College with a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Fitness Promotion. He is currently the Head Coach here at Iowa Athletix, Head Coach at John F. Kennedy High School for the girl's Varsity Soccer Program, and Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Mount Mercy University. His passion and purpose in life is to make a difference in the lives of everyone he encounters, especially the youth athletes he works with on a consistent basis.

Team

Our PURPOSE is to establish greater training INTENSITY and support our community in their RELENTLESS pursuit toward their health goals.

Our team has different members coming from diverse backgrounds and experience with one common goal: To Help People! It is our passion to make a difference in the community and to help as many people as we can through the fitness and athletic industries. Fitness & athletic ability is not a one-size fits all category, it is individualistic and unique. This is where we excel.

As a team we have three rules we live by:

1) Our passion is Relentless

2) We train with Intensity

3) We do everything with Purpose

RIP to the excuses, welcome to a healthier and more confident you
