Cancellation Policy
Sessions start every 30-minutes, show up 5-min early to ensure you are in the cage on time and prepare to leave on time. No athlete will be allowed to go past their session time, even if you show up late. Allowed to book up to 14-days in advance. Same-day booking is allowed if spots are open. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or reschedule at least 12-hours in advance (no penalty). Late Cancellations or no-shows = $10 fee or deducted a session from punch pass. Limit of 2 active bookings at a time. You will receive confirmation of booking from a coach and areminder 4-6 hours before your timeslot.
